OLI Begins the Summer Leadership Training in Dover, NY

Olivet Leadership Institute commenced its two weeks long leadership training on Monday, June 5 at the Olivet Leadership Institute building in Dover, New York. Young church leaders from across the country arrived in Dover to attend the program that will continue until July 18. 

The program includes lectures by bible teachers and international fellowship leaders. The program consists of bible classes in the mornings and afternoons as well as presentations by World Olivet Assembly-related fellowships and ministries. Lectures in the first week cover key biblical passages in the the Book of Romans and the Sermon on the Mount. The second week includes additional bible studies on important figures of faith in Genesis as well as parables of the Kingdom of God.

Workshops throughout the two-week period cover Christian Leadership, Evangelism & Outreach, Ministry Preparation, Reporting, Sermon Preparation, a WOA and OA mission vision Presentation, an Olivet University Presentation and Faith & Family Foundation lectures.   

OLI is an education organization of Olivet Assembly that focuses on training future leaders in Christian ministries worldwide for Jesus Christ. OLI launched in January 2013.

Prayers are urged for the young leaders who are participating, that they may rely on the Holy Spirit to guide their steps. May they come to gain conviction for living lives as a part of God's kingdom, following the commandment by Jesus to make disciples of all nations.
